In addition to the above, Business Process Reviews are also conducted as a part of the implementation process. During this phase business functions are discussed with the client’s user representatives and the core project team.
The client will be expected to provide knowledge of the business and to produce volumetric data to be used to size the hardware configuration. Operational procedures would also be written during this phase.
We will produce a report documenting changes and additions, estimates, costs and a revised schedule showing all subsequent project phases. At the end of the business process review phase there will be a review of requirements against budget and time-scales.
